Position Overview:
Morgan Composting, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated CDL-A Truck Driver (Full-Time) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values safety, and takes pride in delivering quality service.

Responsibilities:
- Operate company trucks to transport compost, soil products, and related materials
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Ensure safe loading, hauling, and unloading of materials
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A
- Double and Triple Endorsement
- Tanker Endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
- Need to pass random annual drug and alcohol screenings per state requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in trucking, agriculture, or similar industries
Schedule:
- Full-Time (flexible based on workload and season)
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Morgan Composting is a family business that was started in 1996, by Brad Morgan and his father Dale. The Morgan’s began composting as a solution to a manure management problem on their 200-head dairy operation. Now the cows have been sold and just a composting operation remains.

We believe that there is no silver bullet, but if we can build layers of good practices, we can achieve healthy soils and healthy plants. This equals a healthy YOU! Our goal is your goal, so when a grower asks us “how do I get there?” we start at the beginning and ask where you’re starting from. With a well trained staff, along with an agronomist, to help recommend and implement a good, efficient plant specific program, we’ll get you THERE.
